Cōpḍī Giveaway Official Rules

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Cōpḍī Beauty, Copdi LLC, 8117 W Manchester Ave, #188, Los Angeles, CA 90293 ("Cōpḍī" or "Sponsor").

2. Current giveaway. These rules apply to the giveaway named below. Dates and prize are updated for each new giveaway; all other terms stay the same.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of Sponsor and of any prize partner are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to enter. During the entry period, visit the giveaway landing page linked from Cōpḍī's Instagram profile or giveaway post and submit your name and email address. One entry per person and per email address. Entries received outside the entry period, or that are incomplete, duplicated, automated or fraudulent, will be disqualified.

We would love it if you also follow @copdibeauty on the platform of your choice and Instagram, like the giveaway post and leave a comment and click on the link to enter your email to complete your entry to win the giveaway. Sharing the post with a friend is welcome but not required.

5. Winner selection and notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within three (3) business days after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the notification and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, it is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor's decisions are final.

6. Prize. The prize is as stated in Section 2. No cash substitution or transfer except at Sponsor's sole discretion, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be shipped to a U.S. address only. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial (and Instagram handle, if provided) on Sponsor's email and social channels, without further compensation.

8. Privacy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing email from Cōpḍī. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing does not affect a submitted entry. Information you provide is used as described in Cōpḍī's Privacy Policy at https://copdibeauty.com/policies/privacy-policy. Your information is not shared with prize partners unless you separately opt in.

9. General conditions. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity, and may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its prize partners and their respective officers, employees and agents from any claim arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize.

10. Not sponsored by Instagram or Meta. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with this promotion.

11. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Winner notification and winner list. The winner will be notified at the email address submitted with their entry and must reply with a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days so the prize can be delivered. Anyone wishing to know the winner's name may email info@copdibeauty.com with the giveaway name in the subject line within 30 days after the announcement.
