It's worth understanding what that means before you start a new routine. Purging happens when active ingredients accelerate your skin's natural renewal cycle, bringing congestion to the surface faster than it would arrive on its own. It is not a reaction. It is the formula working. It resolves on it's own.
A small subset of our beta testers experienced minor breakouts, typically on the chin, around weeks 2–3. By weeks 3–4 it had cleared, and that's when visible changes in began to show.
If your skin needs more time to adjust, here's what we recommend:
- Ease into the ritual by applying the routine every other day for one to two weeks before returning to daily use. Give your skin time to catch up.
- Patch test products to isolate which products in your overall routine is irritating especially if you experience more than minor breakouts. If you need additional support reach out to us at info@copdibeauty.com.
There is a difference between purging and a reaction. We're here to help you tell them apart.
Stay with it. The ritual rewards consistency.
