Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • Freight forwarding addresses
  • International addresses

We plan to expand to international shipping, including the European Union, in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.


Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Business days: Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events, product launches), processing may take up to 7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information

  • We keep shipping as simple as we keep skincare. 
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your carrier selection.

 

Standard Shipping (FedEx & USPS) 5–7 business days · Available to all 50 US states

Expedited Shipping (FedEx) 2–3 business days · Continental US only

Alaska & Hawaii 7–10 business days · Expedited shipping not available

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships.


Temperature-Sensitive Skincare Products

Our products contain active ingredients that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. To protect product quality:

Summer Shipping (June - September):

  • We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping during hot weather to minimize heat exposure
  • Orders may be held for shipment until cooler days of the week (Monday-Wednesday delivery)
  • We are not liable for product degradation due to heat exposure during carrier transit

Winter Shipping (December - February):

  • Products may be held during severe winter weather to prevent freezing
  • We recommend having someone available to receive delivery to bring products indoors immediately

Your Responsibility:

  • Bring packages indoors immediately upon delivery
  • Do not leave packages in mailboxes, porches, or vehicles in extreme temperatures
  • Check package condition upon delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation email with tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package 

You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your Cōpḍī account
  • Using the tracking number on ups.com
  • Contacting us at info@copdibeauty.com

Delivery

What to Expect:

  • The carrier you select at checkout will deliver to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery instructions are clear and accurate.
  • Signature may be required for orders over $150
  • If you're not home, Carriers will leave a delivery notice with instructions
  • Packages are typically delivered Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 7 PM

Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, side doors)
  3. Wait 24 hours - sometimes carriers mark packages delivered before actual delivery
  4. Contact us at info@copdibeauty.com within 48 hours if package not found

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you realize your address is wrong after ordering, contact us immediately at info@copdibeauty.com
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us at info@copdibeauty.com with your order number
  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier 
  • Once confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging - we need photos for carrier claims
  • Take photos of the box exterior and any damaged products
  • Contact us at info@copdibeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will replace damaged products or issue a refund at no cost to you

Important: We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or due to improper storage.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your package:

  • The package will be returned to us
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • You are responsible for any return shipping charges incurred

Customs, Duties, and International Shipping (Future)

When we expand to international shipping:

  • You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • International orders may take 10-21 business days for delivery
  • International orders cannot be tracked once they enter your country's postal system
  • We are not responsible for packages held in customs

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions (hurricanes, snowstorms, floods)
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Increased volume during holidays and promotional periods
  • Address verification requirements
  • Customs delays (for future international orders)

We are not liable for delays outside our control. Once your package is handed to your chosen carriar at checkout, delivery timing is their responsibility.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery before major holidays, we recommend ordering by:

  • Thanksgiving: Order by November 15th
  • Christmas: Order by December 10th for standard shipping, December 18th for expedited
  • New Year's: Order by December 20th
  • Valentine's Day: Order by February 7th
  • Mother's Day: Order by May 1st

Dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Order early to avoid disappointment.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@copdibeauty.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn't been processed yet.

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may refuse delivery or return the products according to our Return Policy.


Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items:

  • All items typically ship together in one package
  • If items have different processing times, we may ship separately
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
  • Shipping charges apply per order, not per item

Split Shipments

Occasionally, we may need to split your order into multiple shipments due to:

  • Warehouse inventory locations
  • Product availability
  • Size/weight restrictions

You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments unless you've selected different shipping speeds for different items.


Returns and Exchanges

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable
